General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • critical MySQL server overload

Hi,
I need your help urgently please.

I received the following message from my web hosting company after they suspended my account and I don't know what to do:

(we've noticed that your account is causing critical MySQL server overload with over 366 queries with execution time of over 1000+ seconds for some in processlist.)
